Got a coffee at the drive-thru and was served promptly. The guy was courteous; greeted and thanked us. The coffee was hot and hit the spot.

Those donuts are stale even in the morning. The zinger is that when I asks for a French vanilla coolata today, the girl came back with what looked like a cup full of whip cream. I was like, "What is that and why is it all white?" The girl confusingly shook her head and said..."oh coffee?" I have no idea what they could possibly have tried to serve me, but the one she replaced it with sucked and I couldn't put my finger on why.

This is location has the worst service ever!! I have many stories of bad service, rudness, and wrong orders or things made wrong. In the most recent one I said I was going to complain to corporate about the managers rude behavior and he angerly threatened to call the police if I did not leave the drive up window, he explained it was because I was going to "call" on him. Through out the whole experiance I did not lose my temper, yell or threaten, I kept a smile on my face. I will never go to this location again, I will go to the starbucks across the street as they are always nice and have good service

This location has poor customer service. I tried to use a coupon and they refused it. they said all franchise have a right to not accept them. come on its just a cup of coffee. which by the way was watered down.

Almost every time I order a blueberry muffin only at this Duncan they are stale. Im a Duncan addict , so I frequent customer in my area. The owner should not be pinching pennies when it comes to freshness.Doesn't the district managers or higher ups check on these stores. They claim to bake muffins daily, there is no way. And employees when your busy, write down drive-thru orders. It's annoying being asked again at window what I ordered.

First, the map shows this on the wrong side of the road. Second, the service depends entirely on what time of day you go there. Mornings are predictably crazy. For whatever reason, drive-through appears to have faster service than walk-up. (I'm the only person in America that would rather walk inside than go through a drive-through.) The times I've gone in after the morning rush, the service has been incredibly slow. Perhaps the women behind the counter need a few minutes per customer to practice their dirty looks. There's one guy on the morning shift, Ross, who is very helpful and makes a (kind) wisecrack every time I buy coffee from him. If it weren't for him, I'd give this place two stars. Oh yeah, the food. It's Dunkin Donuts' blueprint, so it's pretty much the same everywhere. As for their coffee, I need it as much as I need to breathe.

Do not order their milkshakes. Just because its called a "milk"shake, it doesn't mean there needs to be 80% milk in it. I was highly disappointed and never ordering from them again
